The Club at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa conducts tennis programs year-round thanks to facilities that include five indoor and four outdoor tennis courts surfaced with Deco-Turf II, the same surface at the U.S. Tennis Center and Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing Meadows, NY, site of the annual United States Open Tennis Championships.

The Resort's tennis instruction, leagues, and tournament programs serve Resort guests and over 200 adult men and women and nearly 100 junior boys and girls; all of whom are members of The Club. The Resort has a six person tennis staff that includes four USPTA certified teaching professionals and two tennis instructors.
