Grand Traverse Resort & Spa is pleased to introduce a new yearlong series of monthly live cooking demonstrations in Aerie™ Restaurant & Lounge on the 16th Floor of the Resort’s Tower.
The demonstrations are approximately 45 minutes in length and will give guests the ability to listen, watch, and learn a variety of cooking techniques from award-winning Executive Chef Ted Cizma and his culinary staff.

Cooking Live! at Aerie Restaurant & Lounge demonstrations will begin at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th Floor of the Tower and complimentary samples will be provided throughout each cooking demonstration. The fee is $15 per person, which will be applied as a credit to each guest’s dinner bill if they have a three-course dinner afterward in Aerie.
