Join us for the August edition of our monthly live cooking demonstrations in Aerie Restaurant & Lounge with a special theme: "Cooking with Beer." During the show Sam Porter, creator of the Traverse City Microbrew & Music Festival (August 27-28), will share fun and candid insight into what it's like orchestrating one of Traverse City's most popular annual festivals.
The demonstration begins at 6:00pm and lasts approximately 45 minutes. Guests will learn a variety of cooking techniques from the Resort's Executive Chef Joseph George and his talented culinary staff. Complimentary samples are provided during the demonstration.

The fee is $15 per person, which is applied as a credit to each guest’s dinner bill when they have a three-course dinner immediately afterward in Aerie.
