Cooking Live! at Aerie Restaurant & Lounge

Join us for our monthly live cooking demonstrations in Aerie® Restaurant & Lounge on the 16th Floor of the Resort’s Tower.

Guests the ability to listen, watch, and learn a variety of cooking techniques from the Resort's award-winning culinary staff.

Cooking Live! demonstrations begin at 6:00 p.m. and complimentary tasting samples are provided throughout each cooking demonstration.  The fee is $15 per person, which is applied as a credit to each guest’s dinner bill when they have a three-course dinner immediately afterward in Aerie. 

Advanced reservations are recommended.  Seating is limited to 20 persons.  Walk-ins are accepted as space allows.   For reservations, call Aerie Restaurant & Lounge at 231-534-6800 or email us.
