Make your plans to stay at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa for the Cherry Capital Winter Wow!fest! to be held Presidents Day Weekend, February 17-19, 2012.

Plans are for three venues:

Downtown Traverse City ~ Ice sculptures, snow sculptures, the "Winter, Wine and Wow!" and non-stop events, family activities, music, food, beer on Saturday. Some activities are based on weather, but most of the activities are not weather-dependant.

Mt. Holiday Ski & Recreation Area ~ Great downhill action with several events throughout the weekend, Friday through Saturday. Some activities are based on weather, but most of the activities are not weather-dependant.

Grand Traverse Resort & Spa ~ Featuring our regular weekend winter recreation activities including xc skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, snowmobile rides, and dog-sled rides at the Clubhouse.  The festival concludes Sunday night at 7pm with an amazing outdoor fireworks show, in the snow, at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa! Best viewing is at the Clubhouse.
