Held on the 17th Floor of the Tower, the Beef & Bourbon Dinner features Iron Fish Bourbon tasting and cocktails paired with Eastern Market’s Fairway Packing Co. bourbon infused dry aged prime beef. Iron Fish’s Bourbon Ambassador will be on hand to guide guests through their bourbon tasting experience.
