Join us for an evening of fine bourbons, delectable dishes, and distillery insights from the team at Traverse City Whiskey Company. This one-of-a-kind five-course dinner features some of Traverse City Whiskey’s finest bourbons paired with specialty-crafted dishes from the Bourbons 72 culinary staff. Menu highlights include braised prime beef tips, cold-smoked tomato bisque, bourbon and peach-glazed grilled salmon, marinated hanger steak, and more. Featured bourbons from Traverse City Whiskey include: XXX Straight Bourbon, North Coast Rye Bourbon, Barrel Proof Wheat Bourbon, Michigan Apple Bourbon, and more!
Tickets are $125 per person (must be 21+) and available for public purchase by calling Bourbons 72 Restaurant: 231-534-8870. Seating is limited to 40 people; sellout is expected.
