Whatever your reason, we are here to help create the best exercise experience for your group. Private Group fitness classes are only available to Resort and Spa Guests and Club Members.

PRIVATE GROUP HIIT OR CYCLING CLASS

One of our friendly and engaging instructors can design the class based on your needs. We can work with all levels of experience. Classes can be held for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 people. Classes are held outdoors overlooking one of our pristine golf courses, weather depending. You will have the opportunity to work around your schedule. You choose which day and time works best for your group and we will work to accommodate your group.

What our classes have to offer:

• 50 minutes of instruction with an added 10-minute yoga inspired cool down and stretch at the end. This will give a full hour for you to enjoy your group experience
• Choose your genre of music
• Towels and yoga mats are provided
• Complementary water
• A cold eucalyptus infused towel at the end of work out
• Private class with glass of wine (choice or red, white or bubbly) $40 per person

Classes cost $25 per participant. Please note that class must be paid in full to reserve the date and time of your private fitness experience. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of your scheduled class in order to receive your money back.

PRIVATE YOGA LUXE CLASS

Introducing Yoga Luxe, a spa-yoga fusion class, which incorporates the five senses with a custom hour of yoga, plus wine, beer or a signature cocktail for your group. The beauty of northern Michigan’s clear waters and verdant surroundings with an experience that will unwind the tension from your neck, shoulders, back and hips. Top it off with a toast to your loved ones or colleagues … it’s an experience that our guests say is the highlight to their getaway.

This class is perfect for bachelorette parties, girls’ getaways, reunions, corporate gatherings or special occasions. Our staff will be delighted to customize your preferred class style, amenities and location.

Your Yoga Luxe experience can be poolside, beachside, under a pavilion or in a private room. Prior to your experience, our staff will reach out to you to understand your preferences. We can accommodate just about everyone, from those who are limited physically or consider themselves “not flexible enough” to yoga practitioners who would enjoy an al fresco class with friends.

Private sessions can be held for a minimum of 5 or maximum of up to 20 people. Your class includes sanitized mats, yoga blocks, and an infused, chilled cloth for eyes or brow during final rest.

Options include:

• Yoga class only with sanitized yoga mats and chilled infused cloths - $25 per person
• Class plus a glass of wine (choice or red, white or bubbly) - $40 per person
