Aerie has become a mecca for those who love bold, exciting flavors. Locally-grown produce is paired with products and tastes boasting an international flair.
The Culinary team is dedicated to bringing the best of everything, from wherever they can source it, to create an inventive, exciting menu within a setting unlike any other Traverse City dining venue.
In the past, guests came first and foremost for the view. Now, guests come for the food, with the beautiful surroundings serving as the frosting on the cake.
Speaking of cake, every day our Pastry Chef creates a selection of fresh desserts that match the originality and complex flavor profile of the main menu items. And, when it comes to selecting your wine pairing for such eclectic cuisine, the list is expansive, encompassing both international and national offerings as well as several from our award-winning region.
If you prefer beer, you're in for a treat as the Traverse City region has more than half a dozen microbreweries. You can experience a number of these delicious craft beers in Aerie. In doing so, you'll quickly understand why third parties like the Travel Channel and Draft Magazine have identified our region as one of the nation's top beer destinations.
