Grand Traverse Resort and Spa offers a variety of golf activities for guests, members, and the public during the winter season. The Golf Academy and Clubhouse will both be open for the operation of winter golf leagues, lessons, practice sessions, use of the TrackMan® simulators, and more.
During the off-season, our Golf Clubhouse features two Trackman® golf simulators available for rental by Resort guests, Club Members, and the public. The TrackMan® Simulator is the leading golf launch monitor, accurately displaying the trajectory and landing position of each shot you take.
10-WEEK LEAGUE | January 5 - March 15, 2026
- 55-minute blocks for 9-hole, two-person Match Play league play
- Cost includes TrackMan play and $50 per person for prizes
Public & Guest: $360/player / Bear Member: $275/player

Winter LESSONS at the Golf AcademyDon't let your golf game hibernate this winter. Keep your golf game in shape at our Winter Golf Academy. Receive one-on-one private instruction from our PGA professionals, hit balls from our heated bays, and play on state-of-the-art technology with SuperSpeed golf training and SkyTrak simulators.

$15 for a 30-minute practice session
