Introducing the Serenity Day Pass at Spa Grand Traverse -- your invitation to relax, recharge and rest. Whether you're craving a solo escape or a serene day with friends, this self-care experience is designed to help you find your calm.

Serenity Day Passes must be scheduled ahead of time. Day Passes are not available on Saturdays and are based on availability, blackout dates may apply. Cold Plunge sessions must be booked when securing your Day Pass reservation. No discounts apply. Passes are available for guests ages 18+ only. Day pass amenities are included for guests receiving spa services.

Cost: $40 per person and includes access to: 

• Restorative Cold Plunge Ritual | Reboot your body with our 25-minute self-guided cold plunge experience, designed to invigorate your body and mind
• Pool & Hot Tub Access | Enjoy a peaceful soak in our indoor or outdoor hot tubs, or take a dip in our indoor pool or Governors' Pool.
• Dry Sauna & Steam Shower | Detox, breathe deep, and feel tension melt away in our soothing sauna and rejuvenating steam shower.
• Fitness Center | Work up a sweat in our fitness areas inside The Club 
• Relaxation Lounge | Unwind before or after your plunge in our tranquil spa lounge -- your quiet escape from the everyday.
