The Health Club offers a variety of fitness classes that combine cardio and strength training including Aqua Aerobics, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Dance Fitness, TRX training, and more. Club members can also get back on track with a personalized workout program with a personal trainer, yoga instructor, or meditation coach. Fitness classes are available for both Club Members and Resort Guests. Classes are $15 for Resort guests.
