Fitness and well-being is important, especially to those who travel often. Our 100,000-square-foot Health Club provides Resort guests and Club Members with access to a comprehensive fitness and activity facility/experience.

Energize in the cardio or free-weight studio, unleash your serve on one of our five indoor tennis courts, or make waves with the entire family in our indoor pools. Need “alone” time? Adults-Only hot tubs are located outdoors just outside the main pool deck. Spa Grand Traverse also offers many relaxing options for our guests. Enjoy a massage and then bask in the sauna.
